Prize Bots LLC — Terms of Service

By accessing or using Prize Bots Online (the "Service"), operated by Prize Bots LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Tokens or redeem Prizes. Users aged 13–17 may use the Service with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent. Users under 13 are prohibited. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person. Sharing, selling, trading, or transferring accounts is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate or shared accounts without refund. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

3. Tokens, Tickets & Virtual Currency

Tokens are digital credits purchased via supported payment methods (including fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or other methods as offered) and used to play games. Tickets are earned through gameplay and redeemable for Prizes.

Tokens and Tickets:

  • Have no cash value and cannot be converted to fiat currency (USD, EUR, etc.)
  • May be redeemable for digital assets (e.g., cryptocurrency) solely at the Company's discretion and subject to availability
  • Tokens are non-transferable between accounts
  • Tickets and Prizes may be transferable or tradeable through Company-authorized mechanisms (e.g., blockchain tokenization) at the Company's sole discretion
  • Once Tickets or Prizes are tokenized to a blockchain wallet, they are governed by the applicable blockchain protocol and the Company bears no responsibility for subsequent transfers, sales, or losses
  • May be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms
All Token purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused Tokens, game sessions affected by technical issues, or account terminations resulting from Terms violations.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the chargeback is upheld, any Tokens, Tickets, or Prizes associated with the disputed transaction will be permanently revoked. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination and may be referred to collections or law enforcement.

5. No Warranty; Play at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge and agree that use of the Service is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service, the robots, and all Prizes are provided "as is" and "as available" with all faults and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We are not responsible for any malfunctions, including but not limited to:

  • Robotic mechanical failure, claw weakness, or hardware malfunction
  • Software bugs, server-side lag, or connection drops
  • Video feed interruptions, latency, or quality degradation
  • Browser or device incompatibilities
  • Network issues on your end (ISP problems, WiFi drops, etc.)

Tokens consumed during a session affected by any of the above will not be refunded.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prize Bots LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. The total aggregate liability of Prize Bots LLC for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US $100.00). This is your sole and exclusive remedy.

7. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, macros, or any automated means to interact with the Service
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities (you must report them)
  • Attempt to manipulate game outcomes or interfere with other players' sessions
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with client or server software
  • Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions or bans
  • Engage in collusion, multi-accounting, or any form of fraud

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination without refund, forfeiture of all Tokens, Tickets, and Prizes, and potential legal action.

8. Skill-Based Games

All games offered on the Service are games of skill. Outcomes are determined by the User's real-time control of physical robotic hardware. The Company does not guarantee any particular outcome. Difficulty, claw grip strength, and machine configuration may vary and are set at the Company's sole discretion.

9. Prohibited Jurisdictions

You are solely responsible for determining whether telerobotic prize games are legal in your jurisdiction. The Service is void where prohibited by law. By using the Service, you represent that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. Prize Bots LLC makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in all locations. Users accessing the Service from prohibited jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, audio, video streams, and game mechanics — is the property of Prize Bots LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

11. User Content & Communications

Any content you submit through the Service (chat messages, usernames, profile information) must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or infringing. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts at our discretion. By submitting content, you grant Prize Bots LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

12. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. The arbitration shall take place in the state where Prize Bots LLC is incorporated. Each party shall bear its own costs.

Exception: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prize Bots LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability. Machines may go offline for maintenance, restocking, or technical issues. No refunds will be issued for service interruptions.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property survive termination.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Prize Bots LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Prize Redemption Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prize Bots LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Data Sharing

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.

4. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion request
  • Financial records: Retained for 7 years as required for tax and legal compliance
  • Security logs: Retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention
  • Gameplay data: Retained while your account is active

Shipping & Prize Redemption Policy

1. Redeeming Prizes

Prizes won through gameplay are stored in your account inventory. To receive a physical Prize, you must provide a valid U.S. shipping address and pay any applicable shipping fees.

2. Prize Claim Window

You must request shipment of won Prizes within fourteen (14) days. Failure to provide a valid shipping address within this window results in the permanent forfeiture of the Prize. No compensation, Token refunds, or Ticket credits will be issued for forfeited Prizes.

3. Shipping Details

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • Standard shipping is included with eligible Prize redemptions
  • Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from shipment
  • You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address
  • Re-shipment due to incorrect addresses provided by you may incur additional fees

4. Transfer of Risk

Once Prize Bots LLC delivers a Prize to a shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), all responsibility and risk of loss transfer to you. Prize Bots LLC is not responsible for Prizes that are lost, stolen (including "porch piracy"), damaged during transit, or delivered to an incorrect address that you provided. Your sole recourse for shipping issues is to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

5. No Shipping Insurance

No shipping insurance is provided unless specifically purchased by the User at the time of redemption (if such option is available).

6. International Shipping

International shipping is available for select Prizes. International Users are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, fees, and any other charges imposed by their country. Delivery times for international shipments vary and are not guaranteed. The Transfer of Risk provisions above apply equally to international shipments.

How do I play?

What are Tokens?

What are Tickets?

Yes. Every prize you win is a real, physical item that we ship to you. We also offer digital prizes and blockchain-tokenized rewards.

How do I get my prize?

Won prizes are added to your account inventory. Request shipment within 14 days by providing a valid shipping address. We ship domestically (US) and internationally for select prizes.

Is this gambling?

No. All games on Prize Bots Online are games of skill. Outcomes are determined by your real-time control of the physical hardware. This is no different from playing a claw machine at your local arcade — except you're doing it from your couch.

Can I watch without paying?

Yes. You can watch any live game for free. You only need Tokens when it's your turn to play.

What happens if the machine malfunctions?

Per our Terms of Service, all games are played at your own risk. Technical issues including mechanical failure, lag, or disconnections do not qualify for refunds. We work hard to keep machines running smoothly, but hardware is hardware.

Can I get a refund on Tokens?

All Token purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review our Terms of Service for full details.

Do you ship internationally?
